Refund Policy
Effective: 2026-10-20
Paid subscriptions for coinsori / stocksori / soritrading are sold by SORI LABS LTD as the seller and merchant of record. We process payments and refunds ourselves; card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never reach our servers.
14-day cancellation right
If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of a purchase (a first purchase or a paid upgrade).
- Free trial first. Free members can try Elite for 48 hours before paying.
- Immediate start. At checkout we ask you to request that the paid service starts straight
away, and to acknowledge that if you then cancel within 14 days we will refund the amount paid less a proportionate amount for the time already provided (for example, cancelling on day 3 of a 30-day period refunds 27/30 of the price). You cannot pay without ticking this box.
- If that request was not recorded for a purchase, a cancellation within 14 days is refunded in full.
- Payment processing fees are not deducted from a refund.
Renewal charges may also be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if the plan features were not materially used in that period. Purchases made to abuse this policy (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles) are not refunded.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your account email with the order reference, or use the refund option provided by the payment provider on your receipt. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; card refunds typically appear within 5–15 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period outside the 14-day window.
What is not refundable
Charges older than 14 days (other than as above); losses or outcomes of trading activity (the Service is software; trading results are yours); charges older than allowed by the payment provider's rules.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
